Q. How do I make a reservation?

A. You can make it online by clicking on the tour of your choice, and following the prompts. Some tours require a minimal deposit while most day trips require payment in full. You may also contact us and we can take your information over the phone and you will have the option of paying by credit card or mailing a check.

Q. Can I cancel my reservation and receive a refund?

 

A. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance that will cover the cost of related to your trip and losses if you were to cancel. There are many reliable companies that will offer you affordable coverage. 

Q. May I make payments?

 

A. Yes, You will receive payment info after making your initial deposit. 

Q. Is tipping required?

A. All necessary tips to bellmen, step on guides and tips on meals that are included in the itinerary are included in the price of tour. Gratuities to tour guides and driver are strictly voluntary.

Q. Can I pack everything and decide when I get there what to wear?

A. Each person is allowed one (1) large suitcase (22x10x32) in size. You may also bring one (1) carry-on

Q. May I purchase a gift certificate for an entire trip?

A. Gift Certificates are available for any amount starting at $25 and up just contact us for more information.

Q. If I am booking alone but am willing to share a room will you help find me a roommate?

A. Each guest is responsible for finding their own roommate. But we will work to room you with another guest. However, if you or Bucket List Tours are unable to find a suitable roommate, you will be billed for a single rate.

Q. When will I receive my final itinerary and how will I receive it?

A. Fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days prior to departure, you will receive your final tour information, including your pickn’ up point and time, luggage tags, hotel info which will be listed on final itinerary. We will send this via email or mail if you do not do email.

Q. I would prefer to be picked up somewhere other than the listed locations, can you do that?

A. We can try and accommodate additional pick ups. It is based on location, number of guests that would utilize the pick up and time. Please contact us and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs.
